Almost Egg-cellent

Although we did not follow all the steps in the planning process we were the team that got closest to the ultimate goal.

We had a clear idea of what the goal and objective was; we knew what resources we had to build the nest; we did not have an alternative strategy, however as we started working on the project our original plan was somewhat modified; we did not allocate specific roles throughout the team but instead we went with the flow.

I think we failed in communicating our ideas effectively, and therefore, although our final product was ok for the time limit imposed, we could have been able to achieve a better result.

  1. Not always the typical 5 steps planning is working. I think that many great managers always don't use typical or traditional plan. Sometimes sense, feeling or ad-libbing can make a better result. I respect your group.
