According to the Personal Profile test, I am a "C" with high "S" type, which is actually an accurate description of my personality – analytical thinker, loyal, good listener, etc.
I wish I had some characteristics of the “I” type to be able to express myself and communicate to others better. Nonetheless, I think I would be able to turn into any other “DISC” type according to a given situation.
I personally did not find the diagnostic test that helpful since everyone is supposed to know the kind of person they are; however this test would be helpful, to a certain extent, for you to get to know someone else better.

I agree. It is helpful. But I dont think it could be to determine one's management style exactly.
ReplyDeleteEven though it takes into consideration some parts of your personality i believe a lot is also left out. But i do not think there is a system available or that will be available that can perfectly tell you your own characteristics.
